Dusti works as the administrative assistant for Blue Ridge Companies, LLC.   Before joining Blue Ridge in January 2006, Dusti worked as the marketing coordinator for a local real estate and development company.  

Dusti is currently attending Tusculum College in Knoxville, Tennessee where she plans to graduate with honors in May of 2008.   She will receive her Bachelor of Science degree in Management with a concentration in Marketing.

In her spare time, she enjoys playing football, softball, and basketball.   She also loves to go to the movies and spend time with family and friends.
