Keena Ogle joined The Blue Ridge Companies in April 2003 as Receptionist. Over the next two years Keena’s responsibilities expanded to include serving as an administrative assistant to senior management, assisting the property manager with day-to-day operations for Lakeside Centre and several industrial properties, and processing accounts receivable and accounts payable. Keena obtained her Affiliate Broker’s License in July 2005 and in August 2005 she was promoted to Assistant Property Manager. Her responsibilities include tenant and vendor relations, processing tenant service calls, maintaining property service contracts, and assisting with tenant move-ins and move-outs. Keena holds a Bachelor of Science degree majoring in Political Science with a minor in Environmental Health from East Tennessee State University. In her spare time, Keena enjoys spending time with her daughter Keeleigh. |
