Karl A. Kemmer is a Broker with Blue Ridge Realty, Inc. His responsibilities include leasing and sales of office and industrial properties. Before joining Blue Ridge Realty, Inc. in January 2005, Karl spent nine years in retail management with General Nutrition Centers. Karl earned his Affiliate Broker's license in 2004 and Broker’s license in 2008. In addition, he is a member of the Knoxville Association of Realtors. In 2009, he also earned the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation. Karl served as the Vice President of the East Tennessee CCIM Chapter in 2008 and as President in 2009. Currently, he is President Elect of the East Tennessee CCIM Chapter Board of Directors. A native of Knoxville, Karl received both his Bachelors and Masters Degrees from the University of Tennessee. |
