Karl Kemmer is an Affiliate Broker with Blue Ridge Realty, Inc. His responsibilities include leasing and sales of office and industrial properties. Before joining Blue Ridge Realty, Inc. in January 2005, Karl spent nine years in retail management with General Nutrition Centers. Karl earned his Affiliate Broker's license in 2004 and is a member of the Knoxville Association of Realtors.

Karl will be serving as the Vice President of the East Tennessee CCIM Chapter in 2008.

A native of Knoxville, Karl received both his Bachelors and Masters Degrees from the University of Tennessee.
