Louise Rodgers Frazier is President of Blue Ridge Realty, Inc. She received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Tennessee. Louise has been active in commercial real estate since 1985 and specializes in leasing and sales of office buildings for property owners.

Blue Ridge Realty, Inc. currently has over 1 million square feet of office, industrial and retail properties under leasing and management contracts, including class “A” office developments Lakeside Centre and Brookview Town Centre.

A member of the Institute of Real Estate Management, Louise earned the designation of Certified Property Manager (“CPM”) in 1992 and is a past president of the East Tennessee Chapter. Louise also served as an IREM Governing Councilor from 2001-2002. In 1996, she received the Certified Commercial Investment Manager (“CCIM”) designation and is a past president of the local CCIM chapter. Louise currently serves on the Industrial Development Board of Knox County.

She enjoys tennis, hiking and traveling with her family and friends and is an active member of Cedar Springs Presbyterian Church.
