Louise Fogarty is a partner in Blue Ridge Realty, Inc. and serves as the company's President, Principal Broker and Director of Leasing. She received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Tennessee. Louise has been active in commercial real estate since 1985 and specializes in the leasing and sales office and industrial properties. Blue Ridge Realty, Inc. currently has over 1.3 million square feet of office, industrial and retail properties under leasing and management contracts. In the past year, Blue Ridge Realty has leased over 300,000 square feet with a value of over $18,000,000. Current clients include Talbots, Lockwood Greene Engineers, Bankers Life and Casualty Company, Westfield Insurance, TNT Logisitics, CTI Molecular Imaging, Inc. and Safety and Ecology Corporation. A member of the Institute of Real Estate Management, Louise earned the prestigious designation of Certified Property Manager ("CPM") and is a past president of the East Tennessee Chapter. Louise also served as an IREM Governing Councilor from 2001-2002. In addition, she is a Certified Commercial Investment Manager ("CCIM") and a past president of the local CCIM chapter. She currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Bearden High School Foundation and is a member of the downtown Kiwanis Club of Knoxville. |
