Blue Ridge plans 75k SF of Bearden office condos
Jay Cobble passed along a heads-up about 6400 Deane Hill Drive, a 75,000-square foot office condo project to be located in Bearden.
The project will feature a pair of three-story buildings and will be developed by Blue Ridge Companies, in conjuction with Long Properties. The location is just south of the intersection of Deane Hill Drive and Gerald R. Ford Street, and Cobble said Blue Ridge has a contract to buy property at the site.
Work is slated to begin in January or February, and should be completed about 9 months later. The project will be minutes from Blue Ridge's Brookview Town Centre, which will feature a six-story office building at 320 N. Weisgarber.
