Konda Burnett joined Blue Ridge Realty, Inc. in August 2004. She obtained her affiliate broker's license in 1984 and has been actively involved in commercial real estate for over 20 years. She is a current member of the Knoxville Board of Realtors, International Facility Management Association (IFMA), and the East Tennessee Chapter of the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM). She has earned the designation of Certified Property Manager (CPM) through IREM and was the 2001 President for IREM East Tennessee Chapter #57. She currently serves on the Chapter's Executive Council as the CPM Admissions Committee Chairperson. Her duties include negotiating and administering property service contracts, overseeing property maintenance, processing tenant service calls, developing property budgets, coordinating tenant move-ins and move-outs, and maintaining good tenant relations. |
