Daniel Barnett |
Dan Barnett is a founder and principal of Blue Ridge Development, LLC and serves as the company's Secretary and Principal Broker. Since founding Blue Ridge Development in November 1996, Dan has been involved in the development of office, retail, residential, and industrial projects totaling over $103.2 million. Dan received his Bachelor of Science in Industrial and Systems Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology and his Masters in Business Administration from the College of William and Mary. Prior to founding Blue Ridge Development, he worked with LaVista Associates in Atlanta, Georgia and Triad Development Company as a Project Manager and Leasing Representative for several office and warehouse properties. In 1989, Dan formed Barnett & Weiskopf Development, Inc. where he developed several commercial real estate projects including the VA Clinic and Medical Center West, both located in Knoxville, Tennessee. Dan is actively involved in the community, serving as Treasurer of the Farragut High School Education Foundation and a member of the Young Entrepreneurial Organization and Farragut Rotary Club, where he served as a past President.
