In 1997, Radio Systems Corporation selected Blue Ridge Development to build and lease it's 30,000 square foot $1.8 million corporate headquarters, assembly, and main distribution facility in Knoxville, Tennessee. The building consists of approximately 6,000 square feet of office space, 6,000 square feet of climate controlled assembly and lab space, and 18,000 square feet of high bay warehouse space. The build-to-suit facility can be easily expanded by another 20,000 square feet. The building was designed by The Lewis Group Architects and built by Richardson Turner Construction.
