Blue Ridge Development was hired by Mesa Associates, Inc. to build a new 32,000 square foot Knoxville Office. The Madison, Alabama, based company's new facility is located at 10604 Murdock Road in Knoxville, Tennessee. The two-story brick, pre-cast, and glass office building was completed in January 2003 at a cost of approximately $4 million dollars. The building was designed by Byrd and Cooper Architects and built by Merit Construction, Inc.
