The EPRI PEAC Building is a 40,000 square foot multi-tenant office/ warehouse facility located in Corridor Park at 803 Corridor Park Drive in Knoxville, Tennessee. The split-face block and storefront facility was completed in April of 2001. Home to EPRI PEAC and Healthcare Plus, the building was designed by Byrd and Cooper Architects and built by Merit Construction, Inc. The EPRI PEAC Building is professionally leased and managed by Blue Ridge Realty, Inc.
